Not investment advice
Nothing on Finbula — no analysis, signal, indicator, commentary, or content — constitutes investment advice, portfolio management advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell. Investment advisory services are provided by authorized institutions under a signed agreement that takes into account an individual’s risk and return preferences. Finbula does not provide a service of this nature, and all content is for general informational purposes only.
Market risk and loss of capital
The value of crypto assets, stocks, and other financial instruments can be highly volatile; they may gain value or lose some or all of their value. By using Finbula you accept the risk of losing the entire principal you invest. You should only trade with an amount you can afford to lose and in a manner consistent with your own risk tolerance.
Past performance is not a guarantee
Past signal performance, backtest results, or statistics shown on Finbula are not a guarantee or indicator of future results. In the interest of transparency, we show both gains and losses in past signals; however, this data does not mean similar results will be achieved in the future.
AI and signals do not claim certainty
The AI-powered analysis and signals provided by Finbula are based on historical data, statistical models, and probability calculations. AI outputs inherently carry a margin of error, may be affected by outdated data, and may fail to anticipate sudden changes in market conditions. A confidence score or scenario shown alongside a signal does not mean that outcome will occur. You should not treat AI outputs as absolute truth; use them together with your own judgment.
Automated trading, scope, and user control
For monitoring, Finbula connects to your exchange with read-only access. If you choose to subscribe to automated trading bots, those bots can open and close orders on your behalf under the trading permission you grant; you can start or stop them at any time and try them in Demo mode first. Automated trading carries additional risk, including sudden and significant loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results. The decision to subscribe to a bot and its consequences are exclusively yours. Withdrawal permission is never requested, in any mode; your funds remain solely on your own exchange.
Ultimate responsibility rests with the user
Every investment decision you make based on information available on Finbula, and all financial consequences of those decisions (including profit, loss, or loss of capital), are solely your own responsibility. Nafru bears no liability whatsoever for these decisions or their outcomes. Where appropriate, we recommend consulting an independent, licensed investment advisor.
