Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the framework that applies when you use Finbula. Finbula is operated by Nafru. By using the service you accept these Terms.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Parties and acceptance
These Terms govern the service relationship between the individual or legal entity using Finbula (“User”) and Nafru, the operator of Finbula. Finbula is operated by Nafru. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
Scope of the service
Finbula is a financial workspace and analysis tool that brings together data from crypto, Borsa Istanbul (BIST), and global markets, connected exchange accounts, and AI-powered analysis and signals in a single panel. Finbula is not an investment firm, brokerage, portfolio management company, or provider of investment advisory services, and it does not carry out investment advisory, portfolio management, or brokerage activities within the meaning of Turkish Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations. All content, analysis, signals, and indicators provided by Finbula are for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Eligibility and account
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including email, password, and API keys) confidential, and you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your responsibilities
- You represent and warrant that you are the owner or an authorized user of any exchange account you connect.
- You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and the terms of use of any exchange or brokerage you connect.
- You are solely responsible for conducting your own research, understanding the risks, and making the final decision when evaluating any analysis or signal obtained through Finbula.
- You agree not to share your account credentials, API keys, or access credentials with third parties.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, overload it with automated bots, exploit security vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, use the service for unlawful activity (including money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation), or use it in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
Third-party exchange connections
Finbula allows you to connect your crypto and stock exchange accounts using API keys. A read-only key is enough for monitoring; if you choose to subscribe to automated trading bots, a key that includes trading permission is required so the bots can place orders on your behalf. Withdrawal or transfer permission is never requested, in any mode. Your relationship with any exchange you connect is governed by that exchange’s own terms of use; Finbula is not responsible for the service quality, downtime, data accuracy, or terms of these third-party platforms. You may remove an API connection at any time from your account panel or through the relevant exchange.
Intellectual property
The Finbula brand, logo, interface design, software, algorithms, and all content on the site belong to Nafru or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
All analysis, AI outputs, signals, indicators, and content provided by Finbula are offered “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any investment decision, trade, or position you open or close based on information accessed through Finbula, and all financial consequences of such decisions (including but not limited to profit, loss, or loss of capital), are solely and exclusively your own responsibility. Nafru bears no liability whatsoever for your investment decisions, their outcomes, or any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nafru’s total liability in connection with the service, if any, is limited to the fees, if any, you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months; where the service is used free of charge, Nafru bears no financial liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nafru harmless against any loss, claim, action, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized or improper use of the service, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account. Nafru reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, in cases of misuse, legal obligation, or other reasonable grounds. Termination does not extinguish obligations that arose before termination.
Changes
Nafru may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
